Who we are
Fingerprint Supply, LLC is a custom apparel company based in Jacksonville, Florida. You can reach us any time at hello@fingerprintsupply.com.
What we collect and why
We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site. The quote form asks for your name, organization, email, optional phone number, and details about your project so we can respond with a quote. The guide download form asks for your first name and email so we can send you the Smart Buyer's Guide and a short follow-up email series.
How your information is handled
Quote requests are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Guide signups are stored in Mailchimp, the service we use to send the guide and related emails. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time using the link in any message, and we will not add you to marketing lists you did not sign up for. This site is hosted on Vercel, whose analytics give us anonymous page view counts without cookies or personal tracking.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We keep your information only as long as we need it to work with you.
Your choices
If you want to know what information we have about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email hello@fingerprintsupply.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
